redwood: contact info - address list of values (coming from manage geographies) not visible

Summary:

We have setup manage geographies for Poland and in responsive pages the dropdowns are now filled with the LOV's, but in redwood, we see there is supposed to be a LOV, but it is not filled. Is this known? Are we missing a privilege, or is this a hickup?
