New Attachment Category not showing available in supplier profile

We've rec'd a request to add some new Attachment Categories for use on the supplier profile header. I've added the new Attachment Categories via the Task setup "Manage Attachment Categories." I added the Entities that are part of the configuration for the other seeded categories (To Supplier, From Supplier, From Buyer, etc.) but the new categories don't show up when I try to add to a supplier profile.

Does anyone know if there is a job to run or another configuration needed to enable these so they show up for use?
