New confirmation box after every action in applications

Summary:

We've noticed that there is a confirmation box that appears after every action in an application, such as the one attached. Is there any way to turn these off? Recruiters have to hit the x in order to proceed further. Are there any release notes on this feature? I can't find anything related to it.
