ESS FYI Notifications not showing the information changed

Summary:

We have a requirement to set up FYI notifications to route to HR Specialist when a worker deletes his/her personal information. Once our HR Specialists received the FYI notification, they could see message “The data that has been changed is personally identifiable information. You don't have the necessary security to see the data.”. Please let me know how I can fix these FYI notifications to show the correct information.

I can confirm that our HR Specialist role has the following roles:

ORA_PER_CONTACT_PERSON_PII_MANAGEMENT_DUTY

ORA_PER_ACCESS_PERSON_IDENTIFICATION_INFORMATION_BY_HR

ORA_PER_PERSON_ADDRESS_VIEW_DUTY
