Secondary Ledger Specify Options Balance Initialization Period not showing in LOV

Hi , I have created a secondary ledger. The secondary Ledger has the same CoA, Currency but the calendar is different. Both the P/L and S/L first period is dated 01/01/2015. When entering the specify ledger options the Balance Initialization Period in not showing the first period and there is no list of values.

I cannot complete the setup of the secondary ledger. Has anyone come across this issue before?
