Caring responsibilities for Family and Emergency contact page

Summary:

Hi,

If we navigate to Family and Emergency Contact and try to add new contact for united kingdom employee, we see that there is "Caring responsibilities" flag.

Once contact is created and we open that contact, existing Caring responsibilities, appears under Relationship and under Demographic section there is one more "Caring responsibilities".

Not sure why there are two Caring responsibilities

Please can anyone explains this?
