Getting this error for while adding new members in scenario dimension in grid/form drop down selection of new member

Steps done:-

Refresh data base from Overview

Delete, refresh database & recreate the member

export import metadata

Still encountering the same issue and we don't have working version of back up to restore.

Any workaround to fix this issue.
