The URL is not appearing as a clickable hyperlink in the alert.

Summary:

We have one alert available and are trying to add a URL to access the My Learning page. However, after adding the expression, it is not displaying as a hyperlink, and users are unable to access it.

Could anyone suggest if I am missing anything here?
