Manager & My Team Not in Sync

Summary:

Line managers are unable to see their new direct report in My Team but can see them in the Organization chart.

Is there a process that I need to run the align the data in the back end? I see the appropriate team in Direct Reports but it's only in My Team that seems to be an issue.

This seems to be broken since 25A.

I do have an SR open and expecting an OWC schedule but wasn't sure if anyone else experience this.
