In global search does not appear Position name changes

Hi Everyone!

I made a correction to a name of the position on which the employee is assigned. The change appears in Employment Info, but it does not appear when I search for the person in the Global search bar or in the action search bar.
How can I resolve this?

we have modified the position's name, but the businss title (assignment name) doesn't change, as you can see from the last attachment.

Can you help me?
