EBS R12 Some Task Costs Are Not Showing in the View Budget Page

Summary:

When review the budget, dont show 2 tasks who have cost, review in database and found the table PA_PROJ_ELEMENTS without mark in field PROGRESS_OUTDATED_FLAG, this field have value null.
