Exception during RestAction when entering Direct Deposit

We have been seeing numerous occurrences of employees getting the error message "Exception during RestAction" when trying to enter their Direct deposit information in Oracle. The only way to resolve this error is to have the user clear their browser cache and try again. Is there a reason why this is occurring? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
