pending approval requisition status in recent requisition area

requisitions in pending approval status do not load under the my recent requisitions area

We have RSSP in 3 non prod environments and this issue is present in only one (dev1). Under 'My recent requisitions', if users click on any requisition created today in a state of 'Pending approval' the page will never load. However if the req is approved you can then click into it and load the page. This issue does not happen for pending approval reqs created before today, or any other status other than 'pending approval'.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced something similar or has any advice
