how to restrict location values based on hourly or salaried flag

Summary:

We have requirement to restrict few locations based on the hourly or salaried flag during hire or transfer in redwood pages. That is few locations should not be available in the LOV for selecting if the value is Hourly in the Assignment page. How can we achieve this?
