The Hiring Manager and Recruiter field should default to the user creating the requisition

Hi,

We have below customer requirement:

In Redwood page :
While creating a requisition the Hiring Manager field should default to the user creating the requisition.

And then the recruiter field should default to the HM when the HM is creating it. And when a recruiter or RM is creating a req, it should default to the user. Currently we are unable to achieve this using VBS .

Please let us know if this would be possible or when will this be available?
