Enabling Redwood Self Service Procurement in a phased manner

Hello Experts,
We are planning to enable RSSP application in a phased approach with opt in feature "Procure Goods and Services Using the Responsive Self Service Procurement Application".
As it is a phased approach, Users are going to see both Classic SSP and Redwood SSP.

Considering after a month or two, We want to remove the classic SSP application access completely and just keep Redwood SSP application access.

How can this be achieved?

Is it possible to enable the opt in feature "Enable the Responsive Version as the Default Self Service Procurement Application" once "Procure Goods and Services Using the Responsive Self Service Procurement Application" is already enabled and in use. Is there any other approach/recommendation?
