Member matching expression limitation

Summary:

In our EPCM app, it has Entity and ICP dimensions. ICP is actually a mirror of Entity dimension with prefix “ICP_”. Every hierarchies are the same. It has a requirement to configure the rule as the screen captures. It has an error while I save the rule. The error message:

Warning: Rule cannot be saved because if failed the following validations: Potential Same as Dimension Count 2 is exceeding the Upper Limit 1.

I don’t know understand the error and would like to see how to have a workaround on it. Is there any limitation using Member Matching expression? Does anyone can share some thoughts?
