How do we fix a transfer that was processed through recruit without changing the status?

Hi everyone,

We are looking for some guidance about best practice and standard functionality within Oracle Recruit.

Issue: We have completed a transfer for a current employee who applied through Recruit. The employee in question was acting up so it had to be added as an additional assignment. The team deleted the transfer in core and then added it as an additional assignment.

We have realised that the hiring manager was notified of the status change in recruit, to be shown as withdrawn, even though the candidate was successful.

Main concern: the impact of people deleting transfers/add post/secondments in core, (which can happen if we need to make a change dated before the recruitment change), and they don’t realise it was actioned through recruit. This could result in lots of people sitting as withdrawn when they were the successful candidate.
