User cannot log-in to SmartView and Logon screen keep reappearing using SSO

Summary:

There is an issue that user cannot logon to SmartView. After the user select single -signon the logon window/screen will keep reappearing again.

Did anyone resolved this issue? This issue happening for few users.

Also, We have multiple accounts configured on the laptop and would like to use one specific account when logging into SmartView using SSO, as shown in the screenshot below. However, this option is not appearing for some users.
