logout issue - too frequent log out for Oracle EPM Web app or Smart View

Summary: In the last 10 days, users of EPM applications and SV users are experiencing being disconnected from EPM applications or SV and then being prompted to close browser applications

Users are having automatic logout issues or issues with getting connected to EPM via SV or Web getting looped through MS Signout messages.

We have provided instructions on clearing browser data/cache, cookies, etc for both Edge and Internet Explorer but continue to have users raise concerns about having to sign back in too frequently. Its increased the number of folks who's accounts need to be unlocked as well.

This issue seems to be more frequent since the May 25.05.72 patch was applied.
