One Time Address Search Address Functionality

Could you please guide me on how to access or use the "Search for an address" feature in Oracle RSSP, as shown in the attached screenshot? I'm trying to understand how to properly utilize that field for address lookup. I see that it is implemented in Demo environments but a client could really benefit from this.
