Can We Trigger an Alert for Pending Offer Approval After 24 Hours?

Summary:

Hi everyone,

We’ve come across a few cases where authorized signatories assume they’ve approved the offer, but in fact, they’ve missed clicking the “Approve” button. It’s only when recruiters follow up that they realize the action is still pending and then go into ORCA to complete it.

We’re looking to see if it’s possible to configure an alert that would notify the first and second authorized signatories if the offer hasn’t been approved within 24 hours of being assigned to them.

Important note:
This reminder should not be sent if the signatory has already approved the offer.
