Updated SCORM file not showing for learners that have previously completed the old content

Hi,

I've read several posts relating to similar posts however I need a bit of clarification if possible.

We have just updated the SCORM file for one of our activities and reconciled. Learners who had completed the old version are still seeing the old content and anyone with 'in progress' or who have been newly assigned are seeing the new version.

Am I correct in saying this is expected functionality?
