Trainings to be provided for visitors of the organization

Summary:

We have a requirement from a customer asking to provide trainings for external visitors of the organization. Ex: Our customer is a public sector company and one part of it tourism promotion. (recorded trainings about road safety, hospitalization, immigration etc. They want to provide trainings for the tourists visiting the country. They dont want any links to be shared on the website, these has to be registered trainings how an employee of an organization enrolls and takes them up. They cannot add all the tourists to HCM data base and provide access. Is there any alternate we can look for
