New User account notifications going to spam

Summary:

As part of Move to HR process, the New User Account Notification is automatically sent to pending worker to their personal email ID which is working however, during testing some users get the email in their spam and some get it in their regular email. When the testers get it in the spam they miss the email. Is their a way to ensure the email goes to their regular email account.
