Redwood Department page not retaining organization manager information

Summary:

We are facing an issue where the Organization Manager Information entered during department creation is not being retained. After the department is created, only the reporting name is visible. The manager details are missing.

The Organization Manager Information section is made visible in VBCS.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
