How to correct the Payroll relationship number?

Summary:
When a hire was made the instance created the employee with the Payroll work relationship number different than the person numbe.Since the person number is key to integrations we need to correct the payroll work relationship to match it. This error was made by the instance only happend in few hires we dont know the reason but we need to correct them.
