Custom Planning Web Form Formatting

Summary:

We use EPM Planning web forms for the OpEx team to analyze our expense spends. They provide comments or attachments as necessary to provide important background & color to the numbers. This formats the cell with a little mark in the corner to show that there is a comment to be reviewed. The issue we are having is that we also have drill-through enabled and this also puts a little mark in the corner. This means that pretty much every cell has that mark.
