Warning Message on Position FTE in Redwood UI but not in Responsive UI.

Summary:

We've noticed a discrepancy in behavior between the Redwood and Responsive UIs regarding the Position FTE Warning.
Navigation: My Client Groups > Quick action > Promote/ Transfer.
When we change the position under When and Why section during employment - related flows (Such as Promote, Transfer, Change Assignment), the following message getting displayed in Redwood:
"Some issues need your attention
This position doesn't have enough vacant FTE. Continue anyway?"

However, after updating the FTE and Head count number for the position, the warning message no longer appears - as expected.

In Responsive UI, even when the FTE and Headcount are the same as in Redwood, the warning message is not displayed.
