Date validation for Last Working Day Under the page of Resignation and Termination actions

Hi Team,

Under the page of Resignation and Termination actions having below navigation:

Navigation for Resignation Page: Login as a User -> Me Tab -> Employment -> Resignation

Navigation for Termination Page: Login as a User -> My Client Groups Tab -> Employment -> Termination

Field of Last working is including holidays and Public Holiday, which shouldn't be the case.

It shouldn't be past dated and future dated

Kindly assist.
