learning assignments for non-primary work relationships
Hi all,
our customer works with person criteria in learning initiatives. These person criteria relate, for example, to department and position. At the customer, it is possible to have multiple work relationships. It is currently the case that the primary work relationship is used by the initiatives. Is it possible to also use the non-primary work relationship in the initiative?
Example:
Person Criteria: include all employees with position A
Employee: 1st Work Relationship position B; 2nd Work Relationship position A
-> currently the employee would not be included in the Person Criteria / Initiative. Is there a possibility that the position from the 2nd Work Relationship also counts so that the course will be assigned via initiative?
