Incorrect Salary Adjustment After Promotion – No Transaction Found

Hello Everyone,

We’re facing an issue where incorrect salary details are showing for an employee after a promotion.

Initially, the employee had an incorrect FTE, which was corrected during the promotion. As part of the promotion, only the following fields were updated ( as per the promotion approval notification)

  • Business Title
  • Department
  • Full-Time/Part-Time Status
  • FTE
  • Position Annual Salary/Hourly Rate

However, we’re now seeing an unexpected salary adjustment in the employee’s profile that was not part of the promotion transaction. We’ve checked the Transaction Console and backend records, but there’s no trace of any transaction that would have triggered this adjustment.
