The "Note to Supplier" field on the requisition is not allowing apostrophes.

While creating a requisition in Redwood, the application does not allow the requester to add a note to the supplier at the requisition summary level if the note contains any word with an apostrophe (e.g., requester's, supplier's, etc.).

On clicking Update, the application displays the following error:

"The attempted operation couldn't be completed. Contact your help desk. (POR-2010129) An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: Incident ID: 1, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: ServiceServer_as2_01, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_SERVICESAPP."
