Due date alerts still going out even the course has been End-Dated
Summary:
The course has been deactivated (end-dated), but learners are still receiving email notifications about upcoming deadlines. Currently, we manually remove learners with a "not stated" or "in-progress" status. Is there a way to stop these alerts from being sent out, while still retaining the data for our annual audit?
