Document Record option not visible under My client group

Summary:

We are facing an issue where the document records is not present under My Client group > show more > under employment.

In the DEV1 instance, the Document Records option is visible.

We also reviewed the visibility settings through Sandbox and verified the profile values in the EL expression using structures.

The profile value settings match between DEV1 and PROD.

The role is having the below privileges :

Use REST Service - HR Document Types List of Values

Manage Person Documentation

Manage Person Document Delivery Preferences

If anyone has faced this issue , kindly help
