Learn Admin redwood dashboard displaying blank name for some employees

Summary:

We are using the Learn Admin Dashboard page and recently observed that the Name of some employees are not displayed when the search is done.

If we click the course and go inside we see the name of the employee.

The standard pages display the name of the employee.

classic page:

Jess J is the same employee.

What's the reason for the behaviour and how to resolve this?

Any processes to run? Already ran the process

ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS

with

fa-hcm-person

as index name
