Assignment costing update

Summary

During the assignment addition process, users are encountering an issue where the Costing field appears grayed out and is not editable. Could anyone advise what might be causing this behavior? Is there any specific data role and job roles are required?

Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on how to fetch the correct costing data from Accounting related to the employee's department.
