Unable to search few employees on redwood pages

Summary:

Hi,

We are facing an issue wherein, we are unable to search few employees. These employees are active and few are terminated. For example: on Employment info - after selecting the filter to include terminated record, employee is not displaying.

Has anyone faced such issue on redwood pages? Any insight will be helpful.
