How to restrict a field, considering the worker type in redwood

Summary:

We need to hide the "Payroll Association" section on the Payroll Relationship page for workers whose worker type is "Contingent Worker".

I attempted to implement this using a business rule, but it is not working as expected. Please refer to the screenshot attached below for reference.
