"Request More Info" action via email notification not update the workflow status and user selection
Summary:
The "Request More Info" action via email notification does not update the workflow notification status and does not allow the user to select from "Other Users", whereas using the application worklist does.
When a participant responds via email notification with the action "Request More Info", the default user to request the info from is the participant. However, if the participant logs into the application and selects "Request More Information" from the worklist notification, they have the option to select from "Other Users" and the approval flow works as expected.
