Different fields and regions sets for users having both My Team and My Client group flows

Summary:

Different set of fields and regions in My Team and My Client group employment flows for users having both My Team and My Client Group access.

1. People having My Team can be restricted to see certain fields in employment flows using VB Business rules based on Manager roles.
2. People having My Client group can be restricted to see certain fields in employment flows using VB Business rules based on HR roles.
3. But users having both manager and HR roles cannot be restricted using roles in VB rules since they have both the rules and the top VB rule always wins in case of person satisfying all the rules resulting for the users to see/edit only those fields which are defined in top VB rule.
