How we can automatically changed the time entry on time card which are automatically created.

How we can automatically override 7.5 hours (generated from the work schedule) to 8.0 hours when a certain payroll element (e.g., Holiday Pay HC) is added to the "Payroll Element to Automatically Add Entries" field on the "worker time processing profile".On time automatic entries are created for holiday so how we can modify this entry on time card automatically without changing the workschedule.
