Launch button is not appearing to access a course

Hi All,

We have assigned the Cybersecurity course to all learners (approximately 34,000+). While around 9,000 learners have successfully completed the course, we are receiving multiple queries from users stating that the "Launch" button is not available for them to access the course.

Could you please help us understand why this issue is occurring and provide guidance on resolving it?
