Unable to see Pending Worker immediatley after hiring

Summary:

After hiring a PW using "Add a Pending Worker" Page, the pending worker is not immediatley visible under Pending Worker Dashboard.

It takes around 5 hours and after that it starts displaying on the dashboard.

Please let us know if there is any process which is to be run in order for the PW to be displayed? or any changes needs to be in our custom roles?
