Is there a way to prevent moves in CoreHR if there is no open headcount
Is there a way to prevent moves in CoreHR if there is no open headcount, but still allow offers in ORC if there’s no open headcount? We are aware of how to increase headcount on the position, but we want to prevent the ability to hire or move into positions if there is not open headcount.
We tried enabling "Apply incumbent validation" at enterprise HCM information level, but this is having impact on ORC.
