Common Mailbox Sync from Outlook to Candidate Profile

We have a requirement raised by business that if the resumes sent on outlook can be read and uploaded on oracle in the candidate profile.

Like if I received a resume from a candidate in my email, then Oracle can automatically pick that up and create a candidate profile with the resume like resume parsing works.

Please let me know if that is possible.
