Can the parties edit contracts in the active status?

Summary:

I have created a contract and under parties tab I have mentioned two parties with different roles and full access (view/edit). But after the contract is in active status, either of them aren't able to edit the contract. I checked the relevant roles and privileges also and all of them are already assigned. What is the purpose of "Full access" here and how can I use it? Also, How can one edit the contract, only the below options are available under 'Actions' arrow.

Note: Former actions snapshot is for Contract Administrator and Latter one is for Buyer.
