Stuck in Transaction Console, cannot find related Offering

Under Transaction Console, there are a few transactions that are in Stuck status.

I'm trying to find what related Offering so that I can troubleshoot and inform the user, but I'm cannot find it.

With the Object and Object Identifier, I ran below SQL, but there was no result.

select * from WLF_ASSIGNMENT_TASKS_F where ASSIGNMENT_TASK_ID = '100000303450970'
