Approval rules not working

Hi All,

We have created 2 approval rules as below:

Rule 1 = ((transactionApprovalRequest.ViewInstanceName == "PersonGlobalName") AND (Requestor's Assignment.result.personId == Worker's Assignment.result.personId))

in the above condition we have one level of approval

Rule 2 = ((transactionApprovalRequest.ViewInstanceName == "PersonGlobalName") AND (Requestor's Assignment.result.personId != Worker's Assignment.result.personId))

in the above condition it should be auto approved.

However we are getting the below error: Could someone help please
