Missing Business Unit

Summary:

When creating employees, no Business Units are available.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I have a user who has "IT Security Manager" and "Human Resource Manager".

  1. The user navigates to My Team > Users and Roles.
  2. Enter Last Name, First Name, Email, User Name, Person Type=Employee, Legal Employer= ****.
  3. Try to select Business Unit but there is no BU available.

However, if I assign "Application Implementation Consultant" to the user, it works fine. The user can select the Business Unit.

Would anyone be able to shed some light on this? Any guidance would be appreciated!
